Before we finalise your enrolment, you will need to confirm the terms and conditions of enrolment:

  • If applicable, you must provide your current Australian Electrical Licence and meet the course pre-requisites.
  • By attending our training centres, you consent to the use of your image for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform our team on the day.
Enrolment Details:
  • The information obtained on your enrolment form is used for enrolment purposes and to assist in research and evaluation activities by Volt Edge.
  • This information may be shared with CSQ, State and Government agencies, and research organisations.
  • If your employer enrols you, they will receive a copy of your training outcomes and certificates.
Payment:
  • Our cancellation, refund, and postponement policies are detailed in our Student Handbook and on our website. Please visit www.voltedge.com.au for details. By enrolling, you agree to our terms and conditions, which you can review on our website.
  • We require payment of course fees prior to the course commencing, and you'll receive your invoice via email upon enrolment.
  • Payment options include credit card, bank transfer, and PO for companies, with an email copy required.
  • For online self-paced courses, there's a seven-day cooling-off period from the enrolment date.
  • Course viability depends on student numbers, and Volt Edge will notify you of any changes the week before the course begins.
